These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nod Monk CLAT Mock Test platform, operated under the Nod Monk brand.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

Using CLAT Test Engine
Nod Monk provides online mock tests and digital practice resources intended to help students prepare for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).
Our services may include free mock tests, paid test bundles, online test-taking functionality, and performance results.
The tests and features included in a product are described on the relevant product or bundle page.
Student accounts are created and accessed through Google sign-in.

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass access restrictions.
Our platform may offer free mock tests and paid digital bundles.
The applicable price, included tests, features, and other purchase conditions will be displayed on the relevant product or checkout page before you purchase.
Prices are payable in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed as required.
We may introduce new products or update future offerings. Changes to an offering will not override applicable rights relating to an existing purchase.
Paid purchases are processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods.
Placing an order initiates the payment process; it does not by itself guarantee that payment has succeeded.
A purchase is treated as paid after the required payment confirmation is received and verified by our system.
If payment is successful but access is not provided, please contact us at nodmonktech@gmail.com with your order or payment reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs by email.
After successful payment confirmation, access to the purchased bundle is granted to the associated student account.
The number and type of tests included in a bundle are described on its product page.
Before publishing this policy, Nod Monk must ensure that each paid bundle's advertised access period accurately reflects the platform's actual access and expiry behavior. Any applicable access-period limitations must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Access may be restricted if an account is suspended for misuse or if a transaction is found to be fraudulent, subject to applicable law and any rights relating to the purchase.

Our mock tests are intended for practice and self-assessment.
We do not guarantee a particular score, rank, admission outcome, or result in the actual CLAT examination.
Mock-test performance may differ from actual examination performance.
Nod Monk is not an official CLAT examination authority, and our practice tests should not be represented as official examination papers unless expressly identified and authorized as such.
The website, platform design, branding, and original test content are owned by Nod Monk or the relevant rights holders, subject to applicable third-party rights.
You may use the platform for your personal educational preparation. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We aim to keep the platform available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, technical failures, network issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access.
If a technical issue affects a purchase or prevents access to a purchased product, please contact our support team.

We may update the platform and these terms as our services evolve.
The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with its updated date. Changes will be applied subject to applicable law and any rights arising from earlier purchases.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Rajasthan, India, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
